I need to gain 60 pounds by next week but how? (And fast!)?!

Question: Am 5'7 and only weigh 250 pounds, I want to fit in at school everyone else seems like 300 and something I did good on my own because I start at 115 pounds but now am having a hard time gaining again.

What should I do?
Also next week is my Best friends B-day I want to look my best.

from the mid west i see

haha.

Sure hope you're kidding.

are you trying to be funny?

wow ...
you're REALLLY bored, huh.

Carry a fat midget around in a backpack.

That's 60 pounds right there.

Wayne's Workout:

To lose weight, eat less and exercise more.
To gain weight (body mass, not fat), eat more and exercise more. That's about it. Ideally, you'll want to get your fat level down to 8% or so.

Reduce starchy carbohydrates (rice, bread, noodles etc). Absolutely DO NOT eat them after 6pm. Eat more vegetables and fruits instead.

Try not to eat 2 hours or less before you sleep.

As for the exercise, crunches are the numero uno way to go. The basic sit-up entails lying flat on your back, followed by lifting only the top part of your body. I'm sure you know how to do it. Variations include twisting to the side on the ascent.

Try splitting it into sets. Get it down to 5 or 10 crunches per set, whatever feels more comfortable. Alternate crunch sets with weightlifting or cardio exercises. Try to get in 20 or so sets per day. This isn't that hard to do, honestly.

I do a set in the morning after I wake up, another set after breakfast, a set whenever I change clothes, 5 or 6 sets during my exercise period and a set an hour or so before I sleep. Just maintain the intensity. It has to be done consistently to have an effect.

The ideal dinner:
2 ounces of salmon, one broccoli spear, a cup of whole weat spaghetti topped with five sun-dried tomatoes, three shiitake mushrooms and half a cup of spaghetti sauce. Douse with olive oil. Enjoy.

McDonalds it....

The fastest easiest and healthiest way to lose weight is:
Eat 5 small well balanced meals per day.
Each one should contain protein, carbs, fruits, veg. fats.
These small meals should not be bigger than what will fit on a salad size plate.
No white colored foods, go for whole grain breads, pasta etc. and brown or black rice.
Throughout the day, drink water flavored with a bit of lemon ( 1 glass for every 10 pounds of your body weight.)
Buy a pedometer to count your steps and aim for a goal of walking 40,000 steps per day (can be done indoors at the mall in bad weather), hopefully in the direction away from the fridge.
In 6-9 months you could very well be an ideal 110 pounds.
Remember that it took time to gain it and will take time to lose it as well. GOOD LUCK, I'm rooting for you.
