How can I curb my addiction for carbs?!

Question: I normally eat healthy but I eat too much carbs, I'm active and in the "healthy" weight range but I'm not as thin as I'd like to be. I don't want to completely cut out carbs because I feel that's considered a fad diet and if you cut something out you crave it more.

I eat smaller meals and snack between. I only eat when I'm hungry and almost never gorge myself (Thanksgiving). Also, I only drink sodas rarely and get alot of water. I use .08 x my body weight which factors to cups of water a day. I'm no expert though because I just finished a handful of cookies and glass of whole milk to wash'em down...Nite and goodluck. Btw...Healthy looks good.

If your booze consumption has decreased recently, you'll just have to live through it. Have a Hawaiian Punch in the morning and evening for two weeks, and then start adding 1/2 c water to 1 cup HP for a month. Your body will balance out in a couple of months.
Otherwise...
First, visit your doctor to make sure you have no problems with your thyroid, or some mild form of diabetes. If you check out okay there, try adding a couple of hard candies to your day. It's a fair swap.
