What happens when you eat really healthily all week and then suddenly binge the !

Well, the first thing to note is that any good work you are doing on the first, healthy day will be completely undone by the binge day. The long term affect is that you'll never lose any weight!
If you can't live without certain foods, then have a 6 and 1 week. Have 6 days a week when you eat really healthily, and one day a week where you can eat some of the foods you miss. BUT you have to LIMIT YOURSELF. By this I mean, if you love pizza, don't go and gorge a whole one, have one or two slices. Or if its ice cream, have a few scoops, not a whole tub!
Don't deny yourself the things you love. As they say, everything in moderation is good for you :-)

you have to be strong and strict with your self and commit. See i walk 3-5 miles a day and it has been hard work i lost 38 pounds so far and i knew that if i was going to work this hard i wasn't going to ruin it all with a donut at the end of the week so instead i buy me a lil somthing a blouse or somthing and god it feels good
