you'll start dropping pounds fast as long as you dont consume any junk food, or anything from the bread food group (oatmeal, poptarts, toast, pastries, rice, pasta - is all off limits)

eating 2 things like yogert and fruit for breakfast drink water and do the same thing alday everyday

take in less than 1500 calories per day.

Cut your calorie intake in half. You also can look into seeing a bariatrics doctor if you don't mind taking medication for it. I don't have time to exercise either, but was still able to lose weight this way.

yes... even thought just diet and no excercise isnt that good 4 you, just keep the meals fairly light and hopefully youll lose weight..

drink a big glass of milk in the morning, plus 1 fruit.

take a snack break -> apple

lunch -> any sandwhich with juics

take another snack break -> eat alot of sumthing small -> figs, baby carrots

dinner -> eat as much as you want (no junk food, no coke)
so that in the morning you aren't as hungry and can continue drinking milk in the morning

Low carb diet.

drink a lot of water - it can sometimes fill you up n make you less likely to eat. you do have time to exercise.. if you take the 5 mins each day that you're on this site, you have 30 extra mins. It's well worth it - it won't just make you lose weight but it will make you feel better, leading you to eat more healthily. Do stuff like take the stairs instead of the elevator and parking further away from the doors - any little bit of calorie burn helps. Stay away from butter and meat - eat fruits and vegetables. Okay no probs. Drink hot water in night when u going to bed. This is proved one to lose weight without excercise.And u have to drink plenty of water( Min 1 Lit) in morning and dont eat or drink anything for 1hour.Thts all . Sooo simple!

before eating always drink a full glass of water, it will help you to feel full faster.. ;)

Honestly it takes me a month to lose 15 pounds, and thats with excersing. My fiance on the other hand stays by the diet i make him, make sure to eat a few small meals every day.
Like salads, fruit salads, nuts. Also when on a diet I ten to like to chew on ice to curb cravings. And if you really need a dessert dont eat it, instead make a very little bit of whipped cream with your fruit salad. Make sure not to eat too much starch or carbs. If you are looking for like a quick fix, the low carb diet works, but it will come back if you stop the diet. So I recommend just eating like I said.
