dont drink those chemcicla energy drinks with all of that ****. all it is is caffine in a cup. go run alot for a day and try to get you hands on some kreytine(sp) it fills your muslces cells up with water so latic acid tkaes more time to build. so you cna run harder wtih less pain. a ffew kids on the hockey team sue it to lift wieghts.

also if u do use energy drinks watch out your body will crash not liek a sugar crash but like you will stop n drop. your body will be moving tofast and you will give out. this is true with red bull and some of the "potent" ones energy drinks are jsut vitaims with chemicals. they usally dont give to much energy there caffine so you get that alertness but you will crash if you drink one then do something hard and long. like a sport

Train, train, train, the more you train the less acids get pumped into your muscles. The acid is what slows your body down, train train train.

rockstar energy drink's
drink 2 and you'll have soo much energy.

The mile is based mostly on your ability to move oxygen to your leg muscles. At this late date, you're not going to change anything for the better in your muscles or cardiovascular system.

Today being the 15th, If it were my challenge, I'd do nothing but some easy jogging today, rest tomorrow, and make sure I was well warmed up for the time trial with maybe 10 minutes slow jog shortly before the gun.

Energy drinks aren't going to do anything.

don't rely on an energy drink...it won't do anything for you. hopefully you have been training all this time so ur best bet is to do alittle bit today and rest completely tomorrow. try and get 2 good full nights of rest and drink alot of fluid. make sure your diet consists of only healthy food. try staying away from anything processed.
