Ab workouts?!


Question: So I looked up online how many cruches/situps to do a day to get a flat tummy over time. Basically all I found was that situps won't give you a flat stomach, no matter how many you do. What else can I do to achieve the flat stomach I want? I'm not fat or anything, I just need to tone it. Also, I hate my thighs. What are some easy exercises I can do to help with my thighs? Please just don't say running.
I heard that cardio helps with your abs, so would be doing a step aerobics with weights be good?

Hi, I have the same problem as you!When I first started working out I wasnt really fat, but needed to get toned up also. First I started to do the workouts in Seventeen and Cosmogirl once a day. The one in cosmo girl is targeted specifically on your abs. It really tones it up if you do it everyday for a month. The one in Seventeen is pretty much all over and its easy. It also only takes about 6 minutes for each one. I also run/jog everyday with my brother.He helps me stay motivated because I dont want to stop when he is still jogging. So a workout buddy is good if you dont really like running. Step Aerobics would be good, im about to start taking aerobics at the gym. I have been doing that workout for about 1 week and a half and I can see an improvement already!For your thighs both of those workouts would help.Running would help too. My legs and abs are more toned and stronger now!

Try pilates. The basis of pilates is that it strengthens your core and focuses a lot on the muscles in the middle of your body. This will help tighten and tone your tummy as well as create lean muscles elsewhere in your body.
