I have a question about my workout routine?!

Question: I was wondering if I still burn the same amount of calories when I do 15 minutes on the elliptical and then 15 minutes on the treadmill. I kind of jump really fast from one machine to the next, do I still get a good workout?

15 minutes on either machine is good. doing both is excellent. you don't have to hurry from one to the other. you don't have to workout nonstop. you can break your workout down into 10-15 minute sessions and still get the full benefit. in fact, new studies show that exercising for 30 minutes, resting for 20 minutes, and exercising for another 30 minutes buns more calories than exercising for an hour without a break.

yes

Yes as long as you keep your heart rate up you will still burn lots of calories.

changing routines, machines are always good.

keep it up!

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://get-trim.info where they have a free trial and you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!
