Ab workout?!


Question: So I looked up online how many cruches/situps to do a day to get a flat tummy over time. Basically all I found was that situps won't give you a flat stomach, no matter how many you do. What else can I do to achieve the flat stomach I want? I'm not fat or anything, I just need to tone it. Also, I hate my thighs. What are some easy exercises I can do to help with my thighs? Please just don't say running.
I heard that cardio helps with your abs, so would be doing a step aerobics with weights be good?

You are right about the cardio workouts. Targeting the tummy / thigh areas won't work. You need to work on cardio type exercises and then you could do some toning with slightly lighter weights yet with more reps. So instead of 10 reps of a heavy weight. Try 20 of a moderate weight and this will help you tone up without bulking up as much.
Lastly, nutrition is another factor.

i kno a great video that can help with your abs and thighs its called "hip hop abs" if you like doing a little dancing you can buy the video. go here http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness... its awsome, i bought it and its nice. it is cardio and it can be fun too. check it out.

before i go to sleep i do 2 sets of 50 situps every day

and that keeps my stomach looking very good......so idk what you read but it works for me

it will take more then a couple weeks to see results so you have to find something and doit at least 3 times a week
