Can i do it?!


Question: Im trying to loose weight right now.
im 15 5 feet and 2 inches and i weight 165
My goal is to weight 130
My endline is April 25 08
Any suggestions?

I suggest running since it cuts fat all over and do some light weight training to build muscle which will make it easier to lose fat. I wouldn't worry TOO much about weight and concentrate on how you look.

Join a sports team. It'll help your motivation. If you don't have a time, here's a small work out plan:

Power walk/run for 30 minutes. Don't worry so much about the distance, monitor your heart right. Use the following link to find your target heart rate http://www.stevenscreek.com/goodies/hr.s...

You want it to be somewhere in the middle, don't push yourself if you haven't exercise in a while.

Pushups - to failure, meaning until you can't do it anymore.
Works chest and abs

Crunches - Make sure you're doing this right. You should be able to put an apple between your chin and your chest when you do these and your shoulder blades should not touch the floor when you go up. Go up, hold for 2 seconds, go down, repeat to failure
Works abs and back

Superman - Look this one up because it's a little hard for me to explain so that you understand.
Works back

Squats. Works thighs.

To work your inner thighs, take a pillow, put it between your thighs and squeeze until you can't anymore.

Diet - a few tips

You want to eat breakfast. It boosts your metabolism.

Drink water. It's a good appetite suppressor with no side effects ^^

No soda. If you really need carbonated stuff, mix fruit juice of your choice with carbonated water. Or mix carbonated water with one of those crystal light mixes.

Cut down on sweets, but don't cut them totally out of your diet, eitherwise when you taste an Oreo, you won't be able to resist scarfing down the whole bag.

Chew gum. Keeps those munchies at bay.

Count calories. If you eat 500 calories less than what you eat, then you'll be able to lose a lb a week. Since 3500 calories = 1 lb of fat.

yes you can...look at the birds they fly because they think they can...avoid fatty foods, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables instead of meat and carbohydrates, eat what your body needs not what you desire, have a regular exercise.
