I am a 13 year old boy, im 5.4 and i want to loose 53 pounds FAST, how do i do i!

eat right...no junk at all!
Lots of water
Lots of excercise (run outside, do pushups and situps)
there are tons of things you can do to help your body for free.

Do the cellophane body wrap and exercise like crazy in it. IT will help you lose inches fast. In addition eat lots of fruit and vegetables.

Don't eat junk food and exercise. You could put o some great music at home and dance. There is no healthy way to get rid of pounds quickly, so take your time and do it right.

Chainsaw. It's amazingly fast and exceedingly painful, but you should pass out rather quickly. Just chop off an arm or two. Instant weight loss.

You cant do it fast but tyo loose that much you need a life style change... instead of watching tv go for a walk, dont eat ANY junk food, if you are hungry eat a carrot or something... Exercise a lot and move around, try make the portions that you eat smaller.
