lift your legs up while doing sit ups

leg lifts.

Dual exercises will give you faster firming and building results.

1. legs straight out in front of you while doing pull-ups/chin-ups.
2. leg straight out in front while doing dips.
3. legs together and straight up while doing setups.

This is a great exercise for lower abs

Any ab excercise where you are bringing your legs up.

Lay on an incline bench w/ your feet beneath you. Hold on to the handles as the top of the bench. Bend your knees and roll your body up until your butt comes off of the bench.

Lay on your back w/ your legs bent at 90 degrees. Roll your butt up off the mat while bringing your knees toward your face. Slower is better.

Plank - lay face down - while supporting your body weight on your elbows.

Definitely leg lifts..

Try laying flat on the floor, crunching up w/ your hands behind your head so you're looking at your abs (stay like that) and lower and lift your legs.
