How does this workout routine sound?!


Question: I do 5 crunches on each side until i hit 25-30 then i rest for 10 minuetes and do another set until i coplete 5 sets good workout routine if i wanna see abs yes or no?

That's a pretty good routine. Make sure you take one day off in between workouts to rest those muscles. Alternate with some other workout on your off days to keep the fat burning going. Check out bodybuilding.com for a bunch of other good ideas.
