What is the healthiest thing out of these choices to eat for supper?!


Question: 1 - Multigrain bagel&Soy butter / pineapple cream cheese.
2 - Special K Almond Vanilla Cereal & Soy Milk [I had this for breakfast already today but I'd be willing to eat it again!]
3 - Multigrain toast with soy butter.

Im a vegetarian.. So it's hard to get meal plans together.
I had protein today by eating Hummus on some melbo toast.

hmm do you like peanut butter? Peanut butter gives you healthy fats your body needs to keep your heart working well. Can you eat eggs? These are an excellent source of protein other than red meats.
Do you like tofu? Fried tofu (veggie oil) in a veggie stirfry with teryaki sauce is really yummy.
Cereals are a great source of vitamins. How about some ice cream too, or is dairy not allowed??

Are you a vegitarian because you love animals, or because you hate plants??? hmmmmm :)

The first one sounds good to me.

The cereal & Milk. But if that's all you've had plus the hummus and melba toast, you need to eat a little more. Have a snack of nut and fruit or peanut butter on an apple or banana or something.

Eating too little won't help you lose weight - your body will just hold onto every bit it can get since it thinks it's starving.

Hummus on melbo toast? OK, I have no clue what that is! Lol
