How to say no?!

Question: I need to lose a couple stone and I lost over a stone in 6 weeks before christmas, then I went home for christmas and put some back on again, not much maybe 4-6 pounds and I feel really bad. Now I'm back at University, I can't get back into it! I'm drinking water all the time, and having a bowl of cereal and soup for breakfast and lunch everyday and also filling myself up with fruit.

I haven't started excersing yet, but that's because I've been revising for exams. Exercise isn't the problem anyway, it's things like pizza and crisps. At the moment, I can't ignore my cravings and I have no idea why. Chocolate, cakes, sweets, I just ignore! I'm being so good but I'm ruining it with crisps and pizza! help me stop? what can I do?

I want to be slim and fit enough to start playing football (soccer to americans) again in September, as right now, I would probably collapse lol.

thanks for your time

My advice would be to cook your own food, not buy pre-packed or processed stuff.

Try doing rice with fish or chicken and stuff. If you are tempted to get pizza etc., look at the fat content. If it's over 3%, forget it. Also, substitute crisps with fruit.
