i dont no the translation of 2 stone but to lose weight you just have to eat right and excerise.

no fatty foods or junk

eat chicken, fish, turkey, green salads, veggies and a lot of water
and if you could run, jog or walk a mile a day.

and someone else that answered was right about having a partner cheat on you.. i lost 12 pounds when mine did to me :/

How fast you lose the weight involves several factors. Your beginning weight is the biggy. If you haven't already started a diet, most of your weight will come off in the first week. Keep your caloric intake down to about 1200 calories a day, eat lean meat, and high fiber fruits and vegetables. Space your meals/snacks out between 2 - 3 hours a day. Also drink about 8 glasses of water a day. That will help speed up your metabolism. As far as exercises go, keep up with both cardio and strength training. How closely you follow a healthy and active diet routine will determine how fast you can lose the weight. I don't know what your current weight is, so 2 stones may come off in 2 months. Perhaps longer. Perhaps not.

A low/no carb diet,it works quickly short term but it's questionable long term for the nutritional value of this diet.I have done it with amazing results, I changed to a low calorie diet after I got to my desired weight. Be careful and google good low carb meal plans. good luck :-)

you can try this if you are no others way....get hardest exercises for few hours without water,food...just rest..i lost about one stone in two days.in this two days just some bananas...because i need to qualify for a competition under weight of 70kg...at that time i am 73kg...but you need a good dietry after ..

if u eat just rice and chicken....nothin else....it will strip all the fat off you...take bout 5 or six weeks...rice n chickin tho!! nothin else!! its hard!!!!!!! p.s not fried chicken!!!! grilled chicken brest!!

Join and gym and exercise every day for 30- 60 minutes. Start eating more fruit and vegetables and drink at least 8 lasses or water a day

get yourself a binliner put a hole in the top slide it over your head tuck it in 2 pair of shorts and go for a jog twice a day

Well as much as you probably don't want to hear this I just have to let you know that 95% of people who lose weight fast and using unhealthy methods end up putting it back on-FACT! So think of all the times you probably did try to lose weight fast and finding yourself back in this same position of trying to lose 2stone in the least amount of time and ask yourself would it not have just be easier in the first place to try and change my lfiestyle, eat healthily, exercise and then let the pounds look after themselves! When you end up depriving your body of food it ends up craving these foods which usually leads to bingeing coupled with a feeling of loss of control as well as guilt and then what happens? u end up panicking and want to lose weight, in your case 2stone, very fast! we live in a quick fix society - always wanting things rights away! my advice- relax about your weight, learn to accept urself whether u are 2 stone lighter or heavier, (I'm sure ur lovely either way) focus ur mind on other things such as being healthy, etc and the weight will fall off before u know it! good luck :)
