Pretty much, sorry to say! You can't have that many carbs. Just get back on track tomorrow, don't worry about it. Everyone slips once in a while. You can only have 20 carbs a day until you are close to your goal. A cupcake probably has about 100! The diet works if you can stick to it, but it's really hard to limit yourself to so few choices. I did the diet last year and lost 9lbs in week 1, 7lbs in week 2 and about 3-4 lbs per week after that. I need to lose again but have decided just to eat 1200 calories a day and just cut down on any sugar and refined carbs. That way I can eat whatever I want and it's alot healthier. It's not as quick but it's easier to stick with! Good luck with the Atkins!
