Get Into Shape?!


Question: Soo I dont think that I am overweight because I'm not shallow into thinking that I'm fat, but I know I am out of Shape. What are some daily, easy exercises that could help my get into shape. I have a Tredmil and a pretty spacious basement and I have a Big Backyard.


I'm 13 and about 5'4'' and weight about 105-107, it varies on my days. What can I do?

PS. I'm okay if it Hurts but dont try to hurt me into limbs breaking, please!? Haha

okay well
1. Burn more calories than u take in.
Try walking on the treadmill for a while. then, switch to squats and stretches.
STRETCHES:
-put both of ur legs in front of you, and point ur toes. then try to get ur nose to touch your knees,and try to get ur hands to touch ur toes. and hold for 30 seconds.
-spread out ur legs as far as they can go WITHOUT hurting urself. then, bed ur arms, stretch and try to get ur elbows to touch the ground. hold for 30 seconds
-do the same as the one above, but put ur arms out and stretch as far as u can go.hold for 30 seconds.

**try to do these twice a day, but for the treadmill, try 3 times a week for 15-20 minutes then work ur way up**

also, cut back on soda/pop/whatever u want to call it. Sure, u can have one once in a while, but having one everyday isn't healthy at all.
Eat more fruits and vegetables.
try not to eat as many snacks. Don't eat very light or very heavy foods either. very light foods will keep u hungry (like a cookie) and very heavy foods will keep u full and you wont be able to consume as many fruits/vegetables.
Also, drink plenty of water!!!
it curbs ur appetite and it tastes good. Plus, it'll keep u away from drinking sugary drinks!!

look at the nutrition facts on snacks!! try to get the serving size and see how many calories. it takes about 10 seconds, and you will know if you are consuming too much sugar or fat or calories. If they have less than 100 calories, its a lightish snack. if it has 200 calories, it's a medium snack and if it has 400 calories, its a very heavy snack.
