yes. In addition to keeping your hands out of the cookie jar, sleep has been shown to help overall metabolism & weight control. Try for 8-9 hours per night, if possible.

the more you sleep the less time you have for eating. logic...

well not really...but in a way ya..cos the more you sleep the more you miss out on eating...LOL

If you don't eat before you sleep you will loose weight and feel great!

when u sleep u burn alot of calories . u convert it into energy to replenish your cells. so yes sleep alot

It's just sayin that instead of stayin up late & only gettin a few hours is bad for you. By doin that you slow your metabolism way down so losing weight takes a lot longer.

Just make sure you get a good nights rest =)

Yes and no, you do burn calories while you sleep but only about 61 per hour. So sleeping is not a real effective way of losing weight. it takes 3500 calories to lose a pound, but you have to keep eating to keep your metabolism up or it will slow down and you will burn less than 61 per hour...so you need to eat right, exercise and just keep moving.

It helps with weight loss but you still need to exercise and eat properly. You will not wake up skinny in 7 days.

you shouldnt sleep more than 8 hours or youll damage your brain ( not like veg damage but it effects)
lack of sleep will cause you to eat more
and you do burn calories when you are asleep
more than when your awake
but that doesnt mean that if you sleep youll become thiner

Forget about sleep.
You can drink more water every time you crave for something.

Also, I took 17 hours at a university, bc of the pressure I lost 12 pounds. You can also lose weight by hard work or a load.

The main idea here is that sleep is HEALTHY, not that it makes you lose fat.
