I need a workout.?!


Question: Okay, my principal won't let me join athletics in the second semester, and I really need a work out that I can stick to. I want to get my abs into shape, and my legs. I'm not very good at sticking to this kind of stuff. So if you have any ideas that will help me get into shape, please tell me!

okay, a great ab excersice i do everynight before going to bed is a type of crunch. You lay on your back, hands on your sides of your heads, with your elbows out. Now bring up one knee and cross your diagnol elbow with your diagnol knee, keeps switching for about 10 seconds. Then, rest 5 seconds between each set....do this for about as long as you can...
A leg excersice is squats...hold one weight in position then legs shoulder width apart and squat....there you go...
Great excersices to keep you in shape!

crunches are the best for abs, do them in the morning while listening to music or something like that, after about a week straight it will become a routine

Work out every other day... do as many push ups that you can do, as many pull ups that you can do, as many sit ups that you can do, run as far as you can, and lift a 10+ lbs. weight in each arm as many times as you can... works for me! You'll be pretty fit as soon as you know it! Remember, stretch well, stay hydrated, and don't eat any less than 1 hour before working out! Every, other day... Good Luck : )
