How bad did I do on eating today? Rate me. Please.?!


Question: Rate me from 1-10 10 being really good. one being like totally awful.

Breakfast:
A serving(one cup) of Special K Red Berries
about four slices of bacon

Lunch:
A P,B&D sandwich(peanut butter and doritos.)
with doritos on the size about 30 chips total.(on the sandwhich too.)

Snack:Fruit smoothie made of:
strawberry yogurt(yoplait)strawberries and bananas also orange juice..no added sugar though.!

About three hours later (snack)
oranges and bananas.

Dinner:
Beans made in a crockpot with only bacon flavoring.
2 slices of cornbread

Snack:
Another smoothie.

I'm going to say 7 out of 10. You had some great healthy snacks (so much fruit! thats fantastic!), but probably too much bacon at breakfast, too many doritos as lunch (unless they were baked...?), and too much cornbread at dinner. You've got a nice healthy menu though, just cut back on the side dishes. Try checking the serving size and just having that amount.
