I would give a good solid 3 :)

It's not bad, you are eating regularly keeping your metabolism up. I see some fruits, wholegrains, and portion control.

Here is what is lacking and some substitution ideas.

1) Need more veggies, they are filling and so good for you.

2) Forget the bologna, processed, high in fat and not beneficial to your health, but if you must then you must :)

3) More dietary sources of calcium. Add a 8oz glass of 1% or skim milk to every meal.

4) You also want a good source of protien with every meal, even the morning meal. Protiens make you feel fuller longer and are the building blocks of strong muscles. There is nothing wrong with adding an egg white omelet or a few cubes of cheese or a low fat yogurt to your breakfast.

Just a final word of advice give yourself a treat everyday in your eating plan. Watch fat and calories, but a fat free pudding, or a couple snack well cookies, or a cup of fat free hot chocolate (I have a cup of fat free cocoa with fat free ready whip every night and it totally takes care of my chocolate cravings) Make sure the plan is what you can live with and don't leave you with feeling of deprivation.

Good luck and keep up the good work.

yuppers :)

I'll give your plan a 4.
You need to do 30 minutes of cardio exercises in the morning along with at least 15 minutes of strength training. Eat a good breakfast(2 boiled eggs, grits or oatmeal, toast, etc.) Eat a good lunch (Skinless chicken breast, turkey, tuna, fish, rice, beans, salad, fruit). Eat healthy snack. Eat a light dinner (salad, fruit, or yogurt). Drink plenty of water through out the day. This is the best way to lose weight and you will look really good as you are allowing your body to get all it's nutrition

It's healthy, but not enough. You may be going on a diet, but If you are, eating that much less will only slow you metabolism down. Try to get at least up to 1300 cal. If you eat healthy and exercise daily, you will be good! :)

Sounds like the meal plan for my pet squirrel. I'll give it a 9 on the account of it not being fit for a human.

Try adding in things like glasses of milk, iced tea, real fruit juice, grilled chicken salads, whole grain rice, steamed veggies, yogurt, eggs, granola bars, and lean cuts of steak.

Good luck with the self-torture.
