Anybody have any smart diet secrets or tricks?!


Question: i'm on a 1200 calories a day diet and i have already lost 5 pounds in the last two weeks. right now, i'm aiming for 10 to 15 pounds. i know how to diet, but i would like to hear from people who have lost weight. any neat tricks that helped you achieve your goal?

Hey I been on about a 1000 calorie diet since last september and i started out walking for an hour a day then i went to jogging and ive lost 64 lbs so far i weigh 172 5'9 my goal is 150 but just eat good and cardio is the most important thing, hope this helps.

Start your diet in the morning when you wake up since you have already been dieting for 8 hours or so and if you make it to noon, that is 12 hours of dieting.
