think of how long it took you to pack on those extra pounds.. it did not happen overnight, just the same, they will not come off overnight either. consistant hard work and determination will pay off, but you need to be patient as well. strive to lose 1-2 pounds per week. after a few weeks, you may only drop 1 pound a week now and again. this is a healthy rate of fat loss.

keep trying. you wont lose weight by a snap. it takes time && PATIENTS...

eat wisely & excersize. ..
go to parks & RUN.. think of it as having funnn.
dont think of it as a diet. think of it as a life choice..
