there are granola bars,fruit juices,pieces of fruit or just get u a cooler and ice to have other food to take along with u

your heath is far more important that money, work, friends, fun, and even family.
you dont want people looking at you and loughing at your wieght. they won't care if you are too busy to eat healthy, the only thing they will knwo is that you are fat.
so just give your self some extra time,
you worth it.

How would you eat on the go in the wild? You have to carry food with you, nuts, apple, perhaps a power bar, have these with you all the time. Subway works, so does a Wendy's salad or chicken sandwich. Prepare in advance quick re heat meals, slice meats and veg on toast, eggs may be boiled and carried.

Try carrying some fruit with you, like an apple, banana some grapes etc or a salad sandwich.

im a mom and i know how you feel!! its like you never stop! grab whatever kind of granola bar, or pop tart that you like and stuff them in your school bag, locker, and whatever you take to band practice, maybe put it in an instrument case!! i have done them all! golfish crackers and 100% juices with no sugar added are a great combo, because they will have the carbs you need for energy and the protien you need to help your brain function. if you eat 5 small meals a day making sure that you get your 5 a day in you should be able to rock anything out!! and no meals, juices or snacks after 8 at night cuz that just develops into fat!!
