If not on a diet, is it okay to eat white bread or crackers from time to time, o!


Question: i don't need to lose since i'm underweight, but i just wanted to know if thats okay to enjoy foods everyone else enjoys on weight watchers or just on a normal food diet?

You can enjoy white bread and cookies especially since you are underweight. Try to pick some cookies that are not high in fat grams but do treat yourself and enjoy the foods that you eat.

you can eat anything in moderation..dont eat alot of white bread though...and instead of actual cookies if you have a craving try those 100 calorie snack packs they have

eat what you want

If you adjust your eating habits to get rid of white bread and cookies, etc it'll serve you well in life...having said that an occasional splurge is okay.
