Answers: it helps you cleanse your system and gives you a false full...it keeps you healthy, but long term, no it does not mean weight loss

yea it does...all the water u drink helps get rid of the stored water and it makes u feel full as well

It can ..because it gives you the sensation of being full, therefore you eat less

Yes, it helps kill your appetite.

no. you get "water weight" drinking a water just makes your piss clear. and i guess it keeps you hydrated

yes it does and keeps you hydrated i love being hydrated better then drinking the water. but i do it. and it works.

It can help you feel full so you don't eat as much and it helps flush your system of fat. Drinking water is very good for you.

yes

it can... my doctor told me just like so many other people that water is the healthiest thing on a diet.... personal experience, me and my friend betted to see which one of us could stay off of soda pop for a whole year.. all i drank was water that summer i lost 20 pounds.... and i kept drinking water i was way healthy and lost weight and the weight stayed off...

yes and no...ok here is the thing,if you drink too much water and dont sweat or pee it out you just get fatter but if you sweat or pee out all the water you drink youll even lose weight

yes if ur overweight u retain water and if u take a pill its worse its part of your digestive system but what do i know im only 11

DRINKING LOTS OF WATER DOES NOT REALLY KEEP YOUR WEIGHT DOW. WHAT IT CAN DO IS BLOAT YOU AND MAKE YOU FEEL FULL. THIS IS REALLY TEMPORARY AND CAN HAVE SOME SIDE EFFECTS DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU MIGHT CONSIDER "LOTS". TOO MUCH WATER CAN FLUSH AWAY ESSENTIAL VITAMINS AND NUTIENTS NEEDED TO KEEP YOU HEALTHY. YOU ALSO COULD DEP[LEAT ELECTROLYTES. I THINK THAT THE SUGGESTED 8 TO 10 EIGHT OZ. CUPS OF WATER PER DAY IS THE HEALTY AMOUNT OF WATER AND THAT WILL KEEP YOUR SKIN AND BODY IN GOOD HEALTH.

yes it can. water helps with digestion and keeps your metabolism going. also a lot of people confuse hunger with thirst. so that's why you may feel full after you drink a lot of water....you were just dehydrated.

kind of...it keeps your tummy full so your not so hungry and it helps cleanse your body from toxins. i've even heard that if you drink really cold water it helps burn calories because your body uses energy to heat it up :) so drink up!!!

ok here's the deal... you actually gain water weight when you dont drink enough water because your body retains it..... when you start drinking more water your body begins letting you get rid of that excess water weight. Water is key to weight loss because of the effects it has on digestion and flushing out toxins... and much much more.

It can help in that it keeps you full to a certain extent, and drinking water during a meal can help slow down your eating, allowing your brain to recognize "full" signals. "Water weight" or bloating (that some people are mentioning), only tends to occur during a woman's period, or when one consumes excessive amounts of sodium. Truthfully, your body tends to do that, to "hold on to the water" when you are dehydrated. The people who are saying it will cause you to gain weight are incorrect. I personally know I feel more in control of my weight when I am drinking water and staying well-hydrated, but of course just chugging water isn't going to do any magic (on the contrary, drinking excessive amounts of water can be very harmful, even fatal- but you probably don't need to worry about that- we're talking gallons in one day). Another added bonus of drinking water regularly is your skin tends to look better. :)

NO!!! Believe it or not... you can lose pounds by not drinking water!
