I am incredibly inflexible- Do you know a good way to increase my flexiblity?!

it all comes down to doing some good cardio and stretching afterwards. stretch before getting on a treadmill or on a jog then after your done with workout ,stretch (it should be a lot easier to move your inflexible parts)simple stretches is all you need yo and try to stretch a little here and there every day so you don't loose that touch. remember to always stretch with little strain and not much pain. here is a link of simple stretches. P.S. butterfly stretches could help as well.

do lots of yoga.

Yoga love - it's wonderful for that as well as your mind and soul.

toe touches, calf stretches, put your arms behind your back and have someone pull up on them,

Do yoga, or get injured. The highest incidence of injury to the E.R. are from 'stiff' athletes.

russian ballet.
incredibly hard, similar to contorsion but very effective.
goos stretches...well it really depends what areas you are looking to improve.

sometimes when youve bent their musceles as far as they can go, sometimes they wont stretch anymore.but i would try some new and more difficult stretches that youve never tried before.
