and low on fats

Just have a salad with cranberries and slices of grilled chicken.

broiled haddock and veggies! it's really tasty and low in calories. Chop peppers red or green, your choice, into strips, put in a foil packet with the fish after prepping the fish with a dash of pepper and salt and a touch of olive oil. Douse with a squirt of lemon juice, close the foil packet and cook on 350 under the broiler for 20 min or till the fish flakes easily...it's REALLY good and healthy for you.

A salad with chicken instead of bacon, like Cajun chicken salad.
