YOU SHOULDN'T EAT ANYTHING BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP!!! What kind of diet are you on that you would even think that you could eat before going to sleep??? That is the worse thing you could do, it will just turn into FAT!!!

Diets don't work. It's all about portions. Things to avoid before bed: cheese, peanut butter, heavy carbs. It's bad to eat directly before bed in the first place, but if you must, try a handful of nuts or piece of fruit.

Milk, not neccessarily fill you up, but its loaded with Proteins and Vitamins, and can help you build muscle and stuff. But stick to fruit for a night snack if you have to.

no dont eat butter before bed, that is the worst thing you can do lol. always avoid high fat things just before bed, even if youre trying to gain weight. a piece of fruit would be the best and most obvious choice.maybe some yougurt with it. a glass of warm milk will help you sleep, and milk is always good for you. you dont want to eat anything really high in protien before bed, as protien gives you lots of energy.

hi, try not to eat 2 hours before u sleep, it's not very healthy if you're aiming to lose weight. Drink plenty of water and maybe low fat milk or maybe salad or fruits. Hope i helped, good luck!!

You really should refrain from eating all together for at least 2 hours before bed. But if you must, make it fruit or veggies.

no..not bad...a banana would be better, sweets just before bedtime help us sleep.....I like cheese and crackers don't eat anything too heavy is seems to make for vivid dreams and adds fat

Apples have relatively no ANYTHING in them lol and whenever I eat them I fell pretty full. Plus, they aren't acidic in the slightest, so you can eat it and then go to bed without worrying about waking up with heart burn. But, as apples are a well known brain food, it's going to make your brain more active, possibly preventing sleep for like 10 minutes or so. It may give you more erratic dreams, I've heard, but I've never had it happen to myself.

No bread or butter, before you go to sleep.... crackers and peanut butter about 4-5 and milk 2%
