Does this sound healthy?!


Question: Today I ate:

Breakfast: Low-fat yogurt with muesli
Lunch: Vegie burger
After gym: Protein shake
Snack: 6 almonds
Dinner: Vegie pattie, potatoes, broccoli, peas & grilled eggplant.

I feel I over did it with the 2nd vegie pattie but they are 156 calories.

That sounds low in calories and pretty healthy. You could easily add some fruit between breakfast and lunch and you might need to be getting more calcium. You're getting a good intake of vegies and that's great!

Ok, It sounds like you have a good handle on your diet. You may need to add some 2% milk to it as the drink with you dinner/supper. You may want to have either baked potatoes or boiled potatoes not fried if you are trying to either lose weight or maintain your weight where it is at now. Just watch how much salt you have with your food and limit any soft drinks that you may have during week. Even if they are diet drinks they will still put on the pounds! You may also want to add just a little more fiber to your diet. This will help keep you regular.( Stools ) Drink plenty of water too. I hope that I have Helped you in some small way!!
