wow. i don't think that they would ever do that in the u.s.a. though. there really must be a hugh percentage of over weight people in your country. i have battled my weight since age 15, in fact and this is no lie i have lost hundreds of lbs. in my life, i am now 52. right now my weight is a little up but not at my highest. i guess now in my life the need to be super thin is not high on my list anymore. but if in my 20's 30's or even40's i probably would of had it done if it was offered for free. not now though. and yes the weight problem here is in serious trouble.
