How do you train slow twich muscles to be fast twitch muscles?!

slow twitch is slow twitch.. no changing that.. what you have done is trained your muscles to develop the slow twitch and put fast twitch on the back burner because you had no real use for them. weight training will develop fast twitch. a powerlifting type program will help further develop them. powerlifting programs incorperate heavy low rep training along with lighter fast rep training to help develop explosive power. a basic lifting routine would be a good place to start for a couple months, then you can break from that and go into goal specific training. do some research and if you need help or have questions, feel free to email me and i will try to find the answer if i do not know it

quick drills such as setting down a line of cones and going through the cones is diferent ways.
1. two feet in each gap.
2. one foot in each gap.
3. sideways...make sure to work the right leg and left leg by switching.
4. hop scotch: jump landing Two feet in one gap at the same time, then you jump landing two feet on the outside and then jump back in landing two feet in the next gap.
Also try:
High knees and other plyometric drills.
