I need motivation to work out?!


Question: Hey there, so I need motovation to work out, any suggestions? it's like, I start, but then I get like in am ode where it's like. "I don't want to work out" And hten I stop. Any advice? I am execising at home BTW

try putting on some good upbeat music and just set aside a time to workout and STICK TO IT. If you do it on a regular basis it will get easier to keep yourself motivated

Been there. Have a friend go with you; if you go to a gym. I find that is very helpful. It gives you an insentive to work out. If you can't get someone to go to the gym or meet you there, you just have to put you mind to do it.
