Does anyone know what exercises should do to burn 570 calories a day?!


Question: I need to eat less than 1742 and burn 570 to 600 calories a day for my body type to lose weight. But i don't know what i should do to burn that. Can someone provide me with some exercises that will let me do this. I also don't have time to go to the gym let alone the money so exercises at home will be very helpful. Thanks

Scroll down and enter your weight and the number of minutes you have available. It will give you a list of exercises and how many calories each will burn in that amount of time. It gives you a lot of choices. For my weight an hour of cycling would burn about 570 calories.

high cardio

Cycling, jogging, squash, swimming etc.

make it fun, take a class with a friend, take a spin cycling class, or boxing.

If your strapped for cash get a football and play with you mates, just make it fun.

Get a skipping rope and that burns huge calories.

Make an obstacle course out your back, great fun. things to jump over, to go under, to climb etc.

walking quickly one mile burns 100 calories suprisingly!

skipping for half an hour
