Serious diet question...i need help plz.?!
Question: Well, ya see, i'm not good with my own diet..and i need help
today i've eaten:
Breakfast;
3 whole wheat pandcakes w/some syrupe
Lunch;
about 6 small/medium peices of brocloli or coluflower (like, 1/2 my palm size)
hand full of baby carrots
Dinner;
like, a medium bowl of ground beef/veggy stir fry...
and i've probably eaten some crackers and cheese today too.
i'm totaly hydrated b/ci know i'd get REALLY sick if i didn't....
yea, don't be mean....i'm seerious here
and NOOOO, i'm not overweight. i know that much......

Well here is what I am doing:
I am eating 1200 calories a day, and here are what my meals look like:
Breakfast: Oatmeal or Cracklin' Oat Bran (REALLY GOOD)
Snack: 100 calorie pack shortbread crisps
Lunch: Campbell's soup to go
Snack: 100 calorie pack cheez its
Dinner: Lean cuisine
And I don't eat after 8 pm. I have only been on it for 3 days, but I have lost 2.8 lbs. Also, you can choose different calorie packs...those are just the ones I like. And if I crave chocolate, I just get a handful of chocolate chips and suck on them.
