How much protein (and how soon) should i consume postworkout?!


Question: hey for guys and i think it works on girls as well,
after workout between 0-30 min you have to get a protin of 30 grams,
it also depends on the muscel that you worked out.
lets say if you worked out a big muscel like legs, you should take around 35 grams of protien.
and my advice the best source of protien you can get is from tuna and fish, and also protien powders they also good.

really depends on how much you worked out and how fat do you really want to get? hehe

get some low calorie protein. and take it a half houre beafor you workout and an houre after.

Depends on how long you worked out and if you are lifting weights.
If you are lifting weights for an hour, for example, I would consume at least 30 grams of protein, immediately post workout.

as a femal you should probably consume no more than 30 grams (eatin more won't hurt but you'll just get rid of it out the other end) and try to get it in your body right after you work out to about twenty minutes after.

Do you consume this via Whey? If so, drink it in water for max absorption.
