Should I work out even though my legs are sore?!
Question: I did some leg muscle building workouts the other day and now i'm sore. I haven't lifted anything in between the time i lifted that one day but i did do some cardio. Should i continue with my leg exercises again since i'm sore?

This is DOMS - delayed onset of muscle soreness.
rest, but do some minor streches to get the blood flow back in.
eat some protein, to build the muscle back up
get a warm shower
dont listen to people saying its lactic acid, as it would be flushed out of your body by now.
try to prevent it
Warm up thoroughly before activity and cool down completely afterward.
Cool Down with gentle stretching after exercise.
Follow the Ten Percent Rule. When beginning a new activity start gradually and build up your time and intensity no more than ten percent per week.
