In order to get the daily food servings you need for a balanced diet, it takes about 1200 calories a day. No matter how morbidly obese they are. Infact, the bigger they are, the more calories they burn simply from living.
I myself am at a healthy weight (currently 121lbs at 5'3, female) and I burn an average of 1880 calories per day simply by living. To lose weight, you minus 500 calories away from how much you burn. I can eat 1200 - 1400 calories.

Edit: Then the best you can do is make sure whatever you do choose to eat, that it has as much % of the recommended daily intake of all listed vitamins and minerals. Take a multivitamin to help, too. 18% total fat intake isn't too bad.
And by the way, I do know how it feels to be desperate to lose weight, as I used to weigh 176lbs and have since lost 55lbs, and counting.
Good luck with it, but please be careful, because it CAN harm you in the long run, and make it harder for you to maintain in the future. Restricting so many calories can also be the cause of a lot of plateaus experienced.

don't starve yourself just eat good meals meat and vegetables not fried or greasy eat more meals but a lot smaller so like eat like 5 meals a day but they are like snack size...this will increase your metabolism just eat ealthier don't starve yoruself

You are aware that the body can go three or more weeks without any food at all before it gets into trouble? As long as you are eating and not really hungry, you should be fine no matter what the caloric intake is, everyone tends to focus on calories rather than being hungry, full, or not...

Calorie intake is a complicated matter, basically there is a minimum amount of carbohydrate, protein and fats you need, which depends on your lifestyle and your build. There is therefore a minimum calorie intake you need to be healthy. If you are feeling dizzy, then it suggestive your carbohydrate intake is possibly too low.

I would advise seeing a doctor or dietician for advise on your diet and exercise plan. Losing weight too quickly is as dangerous as not losing it at all, if not more so.

You are definitely NOT eating enough calories, especially if you are working out. See a diet doctor so they can give you a good plan. I saw one, and I'm only slightly over weight and I work out, and they said I need about 1300 calories..the body uses that much to just survive. Your body goes into panic mode if it gets less, because it thinks it's starving. You're body is going to start to store the weight after about 20 pounds..So definitely see someone to get a calorie plan..
