Question: 1)Is it wrong to exercise everyday?
IF so what is the Maximum days to exercise per week?

2)How many Hours to exercise daily?(is 1 hour good?)

3)When to drink the Protein Shake before or after the workout?

4)Lastly, When to exercise before or after Dinner (WHY?)

1. No, it is not wrong to exercise every day. Just do different workouts every day - maybe cardio one day, weights for legs and back the next day, then cardio again, then weights for shoulders and arms, then cardio, etc.

2. 1 hour is fine - any amount you can fit in is great. There are people who will tell you that you "have" to work out for "at least an hour" or "at least 45 minutes" but that is not true. On a regular basis, you want to try to get 1/2 to 1 hour of exercise on most days, but if you only have 20 minutes, or 15 minutes, you should still do it! If you only have 10 minutes, then go all out for 10 minutes - EVERYTHING you do is helpful! A calorie burned is a calorie burned, and a weight lifted is a weight lifted, period.

3. I don't know anything about protein shakes, sorry!

4. The best time to work out is whatever time you will stick with it. It doesn't matter if it's morning, afternoon, or the dead of night - the time that is most convenient for you is the best time. If you pick an inconvenient time because you think it is somehow "better," you will end up quitting.

Good luck!

1. Well, it's not wrong to exercise everyday as long as you know your limits. Let's say that exercising everyday from Monday to Sunday would eventually bore you and might stress you a lot. It's actually good that you try to keep your body fit. Try to know the things and activities you should perform when you plan to exercise per day. Plan Rest Intervals, say you will go to the gym during Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and you would rest during Tuesdays, Thursdays, Sundays.
You can adjust your schedule as long as you know you limits, capacity and your goals.

2. It depends on what you would want to work on. I guess 1 hour is not enough since when working out, rest intervals are also important. 2 hours might be okey, but if you have the luxury of time, 3 hours would be better.

3. Usually, a lot of people drink protein shakes after work out. After exercising, then muscles become strained, stressed and tensed. They try to adjust to the weight, pressue or force you have exerted thus needing more nutrients and protein is one of them.

4. I guess it's better to exercise before dinner. The important thing is you have to eat before exercise so you would have the energy. Exercising then going to dinner would somehow replenish your body with lost nutrients from sweat and similar processes. Don't eat to much though before going to bed. Just eat the right amount of food that you can take.
