Working out is shrinking my boobs!?!


Question: Currently, I am at 5' 8", 140 and weight train. I am sitting at about a b cup, but before, when I was heavier, I was almost a C. I am afraid that if I drop down to 135-130, my boobs will dissappear alltogether!! Is there any way to prevent this?

Think of this this way: it is possible to be thin and hot with small boobs, but not many people would rather be fat to have big boobs.

No, there isn't. For women, breasts are also a fat-cell repository. Certainly focus on some chest exercises, which will give them some lift and make them a little more "perky" but there's really no-way to prevent them from shrinking. I wouldn't be too concerned about it, it's much better to be healthy and alive than dead from a heart-attack and big boobs...

nope. It happens.. Happening to me too right now. Boobs are fat, and if you loose fat youloose it wherever your body most wants to, not where you most want to. Try and skip chest exercises this may help quite a bit. As a girl you really do not need peck muscles for anything :) best of luck. Small boobies are not that bad really, that's what push up bras and chicken cutlets are for!

Your boobs will not disappear. When you lose weigh you lose it from where ever you have fatty deposits, which include your breasts. Your breast are actually one of the first places you will lose weigh since most most people first lose weight from the areas that the body has the easiest time retrieving it from. You have glands and other tissues in your breasts that will not disappear if you loose more fat. As long as you're not taking steriods that is since steroids mimick male hormones in the body. That's why females that abuse steroids lose their breasts.

are you doing more aerobic execise? try doing slower muscle stretching exercises like yoga, it will take longer to lose weight but i think it is less dramatic on boob loss! good luck!
