Haven't had lunch yet but I will in an hour..anyways I've packed:
A peanut butter and jam sandwich made with 100% sprouted grain bread and reduced-sugar jam
A spinach salad with 1 cup spinach, 23 almonds, 10 dried cranberries, and 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar/olive oil dressing
and an unsweetened srawberry kwi applesauce cup!
a slice of whole grain bread, two tablespoons peanut butter, carrot sticks and water
yogurt and fruit
Healthy Choice Minestrone soup and a few handfuls of trail mix.
souvlaki and potatoes
tuna & crackers and I juiced me some broccoli, celery, fresh parsley and an apple.

I have a peanut butter sandwich and a banana with it.
Obviously you can add some vegetable to ease the whole process of digestion.
