Weight Loss For A Big Fellow, What Are Your Opinions.?!

Question: October 30th- 338 lbs
January 13th- 313 lbs.

As of late I've been a tad lax, but going back full force on my diet. I do not exercise regularly, but will start up in February/March when the Tennis Courts go back up *I Live in Michigan*.
My diet was 1200-1400 Calories daily, no more, no less. Ate 3-5 Meals a day pending on work circumstances. Ate all healthy food, and take 1 Centrium Pill and 1 Chromium Picolinate *433%*.
I watch my sodium and carb intake, but do not limit it. Any other suggestions?

Wow, congratulations! It just seems like after you start exercising, you'll be good. You can just try doing some simple exercises indoors or something though. Like, going to a gym and walking on a treadmill. Or, go to an indoor swimming pool and swim some laps. Swimming works your muscles, but is easy on your joints.

Get that exercising going again & you'll be right back on track. You seem to be doing everything right. I can't tell what kinds of calories you are consuming. Obiviously watch your saturated fats, but you definately have the right idea. The numbers don't lie.

Keep it up. You're doing fantastic!

Excellent job so far! During the inside months, try rowing. Excellent at burning calories, buildng a strong heart and lungs and adding some muscle. Tennis is great excercise, just make sure you're doing it at least three days a week if it will be your only excercise.
