Anyone have any suggestions for ways to get in shape at home?!
Question: i have a gazelle i use that once a day for 20 mins and i have a ab lounger i use too i do 4reps of 25 on it? is that enough what else could i use is there any good workout videos out there???i cant afford a gym membership right now?please help.Thank u have a great day !!!

if you have the time, you should really try to go for a jog for at least 30 minutes everyday. You could get a treadmill but you said you couldn't afford a gym membership right now so that's probably not an option. I'm an athlete and I really recommend running as often as you can. As for the workout videos, in school when we do aerobics we use a video called "Tae Bo" I thought it was pretty effective.
In the morning I go walking for about 45min-hr about 1pm I do Tae-Bo(which I love) it helps me out alot it's about 45min. long. as well as the ab lounge. the gazelle can take place of the walking if u don't like to walk around ur neighbor hood or park(s).
is there anything specific you like to do? if so you can get a workout video based on that which will make exercising more fun and you'll be less likely to bail out on it.
