How often should you work out your abs in order to get that six-pack?!


Question: I have heard anything from 2 days to everyday. Also, when doing this: What kinds of workouts? how many reps? What should I be eating? And just so you know I go to the gym 5 days a week and stay for 1.5 hours, and I always start my workout with a 25 min run.

ok well i work my abs everyday as should you. and as for reps i dont count i continue to do reps until i cant do anymore cuz doing a certain amount does no good cuz one side is usually stronger that the other so say 10 reps burns the left side but not the right, it just doesnt make sense. so as for a workout lay flat on your back on the side of your bed with your upper body hanging off, put your hands to your ears and do as many reps as you can then role to one side and repeat still hanging off the bed a bit. do this for both sides. and remember dont count your reps just go till ya cant go no more. and sense you go to the gym find a good size weight, put it between your knees, lay on your back and do reps like that, pulling your legs up to your chest as well as pulling your head up like the old fashion crunches.
ps running is the best way to tone those abs, i run too and through out the entire run flex your stomache.
