How many calories do teenage girls need daily?!

Question: Some people say that between 13-14 (I'm 13) we need 2200-2400 daily, some other people say if you're active you need 2100 and if you're not ONLY 1700,I also read that I should multiply my weight in kilograms by 45-50 and that's what I need!!!
I walk lightly throughout the day(but spend most of my day sitting-->in class!),play handball once a week and jump rope for 200 jumps everyday...I weigh 110lbs/50kg
I am trying to maintain my weight HEEELP!!

Take your height in feet and inches. For the first 5 feet start with 100 pounds. Then for every inch add 5 pounds. For example, if you are 5 feet 4 inches tall, you get 100 plus 4 times 5 which equals 120 pounds, which is a 'normal' weight for a young female of that height.

Now, once you figure your height and goal weight, multiply the height by 18 kilocalories per pound. So, our teenaged female who is 5'4" who should weigh about 120 lbs needs 2160 calories a day, on average.

Now, since you are still young, this number is just a starting point. If you find that you are too heavy, drop to 15 calories per pound. If you are too light, go to 22 calories per pound.

Finally, aroud the age of 18 or so, youl will find your caloric needs dropping, so keep and eye on that, okay?
