I had a new home gym for christmas and am not sure how many reps to do on it.?!

I'm taking it your a guy so your workout is different than women.

Women do less weight with more reps. Men do more weight and average reps to bulk up.

At 14 you are probably just start out using a weight that you are comfortable with doing three sets of 15. Then move up to a heavier weight on the last set. Keep building the weights as you train. Don't start out super heavy.
You have to train your muscles.

It's also good for men to drink protein shakes after working out. Helps feed and rebuild muscles.

thats a lie. but listen to your body it will tell you when your doing to much and if you can push yourself harder.. remember to take it slow and build up to your goals nothing is reached over night

First of all you will not stunt your growth but you could injure yourself if you don't know what you are doing. How many reps really depends on your goal. If you are a beginner and are 14, I would tell you to start with some light weight doing 2 sets of 12-15 reps. Let your body get used to doing weights then you can bump up the sets to 3, increase your weight and do 10-12 reps.

ehh at 14...it will stout your growth and I feel iffy about giving you advice on how to do up but if your looking for size do small reps 4-6 of heavy weights x4 sets, strength meduim weights 10 reps x4sets

push urself man! Do as you can do but make sure its in an equal number like 3 sets of 20 .... 3 ses of 10 what ever u can do, just dont do what you cant do, and it cant stunt your growth. It actaully an help your growth.

Try reading the book that came with it.
