I cant stop eating ALOT of food, im always so hungry, how can i eat little but f!


Question: i work out, but i want to get a low body fat percent so i can show some deffinition, i have the infamous love hadles and diet is the number one key.... i weigh 285 and used to weigh 275 but i cant stop eating, and when i control what i eat i get TIRED like i have to go to bed lol

Carbohydrates and fibre should be made a major part of your diet.
1. They will help you to feel fuller for longer
2. They help make part of a balanced diet
If you get tired when you cut back on food, it means that your body isn't happy because it wants more, because it thinks it needs more food to feel fuller. Starting an exercise program with cardio 3 times a week, weights twice a week and maybe going for a short walk 6 days a week.
When you first change your diet, you feel tired because you are not used to it, it does take a few weeks though, so keep at it.
Don't deprive yourself of fatty foods, because then you'll just want them more, and that can lead to binge eating.

Drink more water. Drink all day long. Water helps you feel fuller faster.

Definately lots of water and stay consistent with your diet. Your body will adjust to how much food you are eating and your stomach will shrink a little. You will the feel full after eating a little less.

try eating hot soup or drinking hot water always. the reason behind this is hot liquid will create hot air inside your stomach making your stomach feel full even if you just drank hot water. the downside to this diet is lack of nutrition. try to drink hot water then eat lots of fruits ( fruits with good sugar ) and you should be okay. banana is a good protein substitute to develop body mass for body definition
