What is the quickest effective way to lose weight??!


Question: Well I need to lose like as much weight as possible by February 8 of this year. I dont care if its a healthy way or not. I mean I dont want to go all anorexic but I can stick to one little cereal bar a day if I need to. Also about how much could I lose by then??

all you have to do is cut back on what your eating now eat smaller servings and excersice for at least 30 mins to 1 hour a day .. you should be able to loose about 1lb or so a day

wow...well, why don't you just go all out and starve yourself, eat some ice, wrap yourself in plastic wrap and call it a day??

if you take in 3500 fewer calories than you burn, then you will lose a pound.... so, do the math.

It's probably possible to lose as much as 4 pounds a week, if you work out like crazy and eat a perfect diet. But that's rough. Possible, but rough. I doubt by February 8 you can reasonably expect to lose more than 10 pounds maximum.

Omg. how weird, im trying to loose 12pounds by Febuary the 8th toooo lol! Im Just having a fruit smoothie twice a day or a fruit smoothie & porridge. Then i hit the gym for 2hours lol! Im loosing like a pound everyday. I could loose 22pounds by then if i wanted but na! all u have to do is really cut back on food & burn more calories then u put in, everyday.

Hi if you want to loose your weight follow this instruction like your breath.
1)drink luke warm water+sqeeze some lemon juice in it.
2)Never skip your breakfast otherwise ou will become more heaviour,eat sereal,or poridge one bowl(healthy portion)
3)Put fry garlic #~(6 cloves)in fish sandwich and eat it as your dinner.
SKIP LUNCH
4)drink plenty of water/fresh juice
5)eat fruits during day (as fruits dont make you fat)
6)Do yoga excercise,join gym or if you dont have time for it.simply dance for half an hour daily on music(may be in your room or club)
7)Dont skip meal altogether ,dont starve but just adopt healthy lifestyle which will make you beautiful and slim.

Hope after following these instruction you will be slim within a month.

have a fruit for breakfast, small portion of a sandwich for lunch, side salad or fruit for snack, then at dinner a side salad or sandwich for dinner. drink plenty of water. you can have orange juice or cranberry juice. exercise one or two hours a day. if you stick to it you'll lose 15 pounds by then..
