Why does my weight fluxuate so much?!

Question: Hey.
I'm curious... I started at 145 pounds at the beginning of summer. I lost 12, bringing me to 133 pounds. Went back to college for fall semester, it's the end of winter break now. I was up to 143 at the end of the semester and Im at 137 now at the end of winter break. And throughout the month I go up and down 4 or 5 pounds usually, and I really dont change my diet much from being home and being at school. I do a LOT of walking on campus which is situated basically on a mountain so it's a lot of exercise, I wonder if it's just muscle weight?

I think that may have unknowingly gone through a diet change. Maybe you didn't eat a lot of carbs, so you lost 12 pounds. Then when you started eating them a lot once more, you gained weight quickly, since you didn't eat a lot of carbs. But this is totally normal - a 12 pound fluctuation is not that big of a deal, especially if it occurs over a period of time.

The same thing happens to my best friend but hers goes up 1 or 2 lbs. Could be muscle but muscle don't really get lost that fast so..... it might be the food you eat and the amount of exercising you do. Your body eventually becomes immune to the same routine so walking wont be as effective. You might need to work out and watch what you are eating. Hopefully this helps

it usually depends on what your eating and how much

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website
