Which is a better workout for losing body fat?!
Question: For losing body fat, do I want to do higher reps/sets with light weights or lower reps/sets with greater weight? I already do a cardio routine with jogging and bicycling, but I want to add weight training also without bulking up though. What's a good basic routine?

Heavier weights will aid in bulking up moreso than low weight/higher repititions.
I'd definitely work on higher reps with lighter weights, and if you're looking to just slim down, and not actually bulk up I'd also encorporate some of the weights (just a 5lb weight) into your cardio. Try running with a 2.5-5lb weight in each hand. This will help with toning up as well as burning calories.
buy a rubber suit and run 4 miles it burns twice the fat u would normaly burn running 4 miles
or the illegal way, smoke some meth lol
High reps = Toning, muscle definition
Low reps = Muscle mass, strength
Best way to lose weight = Cardio (which is neither of the above two)
